Vyeo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page explains the standards we follow to keep children safe on Vyeo.
Vyeo is only for people aged 18 and over. Users confirm their date of birth when they set up their profile. Any account we find belonging to someone under 18 is removed along with its data.
The following is strictly prohibited on Vyeo:
Every video and photo on Vyeo is reviewed before it is shown to other users. Content that breaks these standards is blocked and removed.
You can report any child safety concern from inside the Vyeo app through Profile → Help & Support → Contact Support, or by emailing [email protected]. Please include the username and a short description of the concern. Child safety reports are reviewed as a priority.
When we find content or behaviour that breaks these standards, we remove the content, permanently ban the account, and preserve the relevant information as required by law.
Vyeo complies with all applicable child safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We report child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Indian law enforcement authorities, including through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAM prevention can be reached at [email protected].
