Vyeo runs a closed-loop economy. Real ₹ tops up your Vyeo Credits, and Credits pay for requests and reward Trusted Locals — but Credits never convert back to ₹, never leave Vyeo, and never transfer between accounts. This isn't a beta-only limit that lifts later — it's how the platform is built.
How Credits work
Top up Vyeo Credits with ₹ and spend them to post requests — Ask, Verify, Find, or Do. The exact amount of Credits a request costs depends on its complexity and the evidence checklist you set.
How Locals earn
Trusted Locals earn Vyeo Credits as their reward the moment submitted evidence is approved and released from escrow. Connects are separate — a small amount is spent to apply for or accept a task, with free grants topping the balance back up. Earned Credits stay inside Vyeo, ready to spend on future requests.
Platform fees
Vyeo takes a transparent commission on completed requests. Exact commission rates will be published here once finalized for public launch.
Refunds, failed requests & disputes
- If a Local doesn't deliver evidence matching the checklist, reserved Credits are returned to your Vyeo wallet.
- Disputed evidence goes through Vyeo's dispute & rework process, with Credits held (not lost) until resolved.
- Full policy details are published as they're finalized ahead of public launch.
